David Hayward-Browne

David Hayward – Browne is a Director of LPC International Ltd, which specialises in Supply Chain and Logistics Consultancy. David has 25 years experience in materials handling and logistics and specialises in the design of conventional and automated warehouse and logistics systems. his knowledge and expertises cover the manufacturing, retail and wholesale sectors both in the UK and overseas.

David graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College. He began his career in the storage equipment and mechanical handling industries 25 years ago. Career moves took him through factory and contract management before moving into the design and project management of warehousing equipment including conveyors, packaging machinery and automated systems. He has worked for manufacturers, contractors and clients, both in the UK and Overseas.

At LPC David specialises in the designing, planning and the implementation of conventional and automated warehouses and logistics systems for clients in a wide variety of industries. This includes all the phases from concept through design to tendering and procurement, implementation, and testing, right up to handover.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.

Graeme Smith

Graeme Smith is a Director of LPC International Ltd, and has 25 + years experience in materials handling and logistics. He specialises in data analysis and identification of client requirements for, and the design or re-engineering of, conventional and automated warehouses and materials handling systems. His experience covers retail, wholesale and distributive sectors in the UK and overseas.

Graeme was commissioned into the Army in 1974 in the Infantry and transferred into the Royal Army Ordnance Corp (Latterly the Royal Logistics Corp) in 1981. He gained a Masters Degree at Cranfield in Distribution Technology and Management in 1990. He thus began his career in the storage equipment and mechanical handling some 25 years ago. Various posts took him through operational storage and handling in field force units to depot activities and strategic planning until leaving the Army in 1995 when he joined LPC and has spent 15 years consulting on a wide variety of projects for a very diverse range of clients to date.

At LPC Graeme specialises in identifying or confirming the requirements from client supplied data or observation and data collection to then designing, planning and managing the implementation of both conventional and automated warehouses and logistics handling systems, to include the specification of fit out and handling equipments for clients in a wide variety of industries. This covers all the phases of projects from concept through design to tendering and procurement, implementation, and testing, right up to handover and ongoing support as required.

Jason Tindley

Jason Tindley

Jason Tindley is a Director of LPC International Ltd, which specialises in Supply Chain and Logistics Consultancy. Jason has 17 years experience in materials handling and logistics and specialises in the design of conventional and automated warehouse and logistics systems. His knowledge and expertises cover the manufacturing, retail and wholesale sectors both in the UK and overseas.

Jason completed his Diploma in Building Studies at Brooks University Oxford. He began his career in the Architectural/Civil Engineering Industry 22 years ago. Career moves took him through architectural and civil/structural environmental design in commercial properties and through building and landscape surveying. This included technical design, specifications and project management.

At LPC Jason specialises in the designing, planning and implementation of facilities in a wide variety of industries through to detailed design, including equipment tendering and procurement, construction management and system implementation and testing through handover to operation go live.

He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport.
