Healthchecks, Audits and Peer Reviews

LPC offer a range of assessments and validations that companies can use to identify areas of improvement, potential opportunities or address issues and challenges.  When considering new projects we can help make sure opportunities are not missed and the implications are fully considered.

Healthchecks & Audits

These are tailored to your requirements and to answer your logistical questions. The focus depends on your needs. Some of the areas we have covered are:

  • Space and cube utilisation
  • Operational processes and procedures
  • Productivity and efficiency
  • Resource usage and allocation
  • Service levels and fulfilment accuracy
  • Review of KPIs, dashboards and management information
  • Assessment of warehouse management and control systems

All of our Healthchecks and Audits allow for time spent on site, a verbal report at the end of that time, and a follow up written report.

A Healthcheck is typically a rapid inexpensive overview of an operation to gain an assessment of how you performing against current best practice and identify where the opportunities are to increase capacity, throughput, productivity etc.

An Audit is a more in depth check often focusing on a particular area or issue.

Peer Reviews

These are often considered a second opinion on a proposed investment or significant changes in operations.  They are useful to answer the “have you considered questions” and make sure that the plans are realistic, opportunities are fully realised, and implications and impact of what is proposed are fully understood.
