We are very pleased with the world class design and master plan produced by LPC which has very successfully optimised the site usage, met all our demands and satisfied the planning authorities.

LPC were able to support the business case for the network by extracting significant savings in the design phase. For example the Port Elizabeth warehouse was cleverly fitted to about 30% less land than originally envisaged.
The Entertainment Network
The work produced by LPC was at the heart of the plans submitted and ultimately approved for a major investment in the Aylesbury distribution centre.
Overall, I found LPC to be highly professional, authoritative, and flexible and focused on delivering value to me as a customer and would not hesitate to recommend them to prospective clients.
The brief was to maximise the efficiency of the operation to ensure that one of Poundland’s core values of “treat every Pound as your own” was met and delivered. I would have no hesitation in using LPC’s services for any future projects.
Supply Chain Director
LPC are a reputable company with a professional approach, highly qualified and experienced in their field of work. LPC’s contribution to the design of internal layouts and flow in and around the DC ensured all targeted service levels and KPI’s were exceeded.
We found LPC to be an excellent partner working with us on our recent distribution project where they provided an expert and diligent service. We look forward to using them again on a similar project for us overseas in the near future.
RDI has worked with LPC on a number of occasions. Every time they have unlocked value and highlighted possibilities that without their expertise could have been overlooked. It provides tremendous re-assurance knowing that industry professionals are ‘in the detail’ but also extremely helpful that the outputs are actionable and relevant. In our opinion, LPC are leaders in their field.
Nevilles UK required expert assistance in the scope and selection of a dedicated fulfilment centre, to facilitate the continuing growth of the business, which at the time was going to eclipse the physical constraints of the HQ at Erith, Kent.
LPC were engaged to review prospective buildings selected by Nevilles, to establish their suitability for our needs.
This project covered an initial 12 month period, culminating in a suitable warehouse facility within a short distance of Nevilles HQ being identified as suitable. LPC were then commissioned to conduct a full design and fit out project for a 6,000+ sku pick DC, incorporating full pick and pack capabilities.
The result has met all of Nevilles requirements in achieving an effective fulfilment centre, which is capable of meeting our needs for now and the immediate future.
LPC have been vital in ensuring that the building, layout and workflow processes meet the needs of Nevilles operational requirements.
